Refunds & Cancellations

At Tree of Life Journey, time is intentionally set aside for each client. This policy exists to create clarity, fairness, and mutual respect for both your time and ours.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, you are welcome to do so with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice will be accommodated where reasonably possible and subject to availability.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable.
Missed sessions or non-attendance without prior communication may also be treated as completed sessions.
This policy exists because appointment times are reserved specifically for you and may not be able to be offered to others at short notice.
Programme and Package Sessions
Programmes and session packages are intended to support an ongoing journey over time. However, we recognise that circumstances can change.
Should you choose to discontinue a programme or package, any unused sessions will be refunded in full.
Completed sessions remain non-refundable.
Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email.
Exceptional Circumstances
Life does not always unfold as expected. Where exceptional or unforeseen circumstances arise, requests for flexibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
