The Journey
Rebuilding Life After Divorce
You’re here because divorce has changed more than just your relationship.
After Finding Your Footing, you may have realised this goes deeper than simply feeling unsteady.
Life no longer feels fully like your own.
You may feel unlike yourself. Unsure what comes next. Like you are getting through the days, but not fully in them.
The Journey is a grounded coaching process designed to help you make sense of life after divorce — and begin rebuilding it with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
Together, we focus on four things:
Understand — Make sense of what has changed.
Reconnect — Get back to who you are.
Redesign — Begin shaping what comes next.
Rebuild — Put steady ground back under your feet again.
You do not need to have it all figured out.
We simply start where you are.
You’ll be taken to a secure payment page. Once payment is complete, you’ll choose a time for your session and complete a short check-in form so we can make the most of our time together.
Make Sense Of Where You Are
As with any journey, you need to know where you are before setting off.
Divorce changes more than just a relationship — do you still know where you are?
Life feels different. You may feel mentally scattered, unlike yourself, or unsure what comes next. Even when you seem to be holding things together on the outside, something underneath feels unsettled.
That makes sense. Divorce changes more than we often expect.
This first step is about slowing things down enough to understand what has shifted.
Together, we look at what feels hardest right now, what may be keeping you stuck, and how divorce has affected different parts of your life.
No fixing.
No pressure to have answers.
Just an honest look at where things are.
What comes out of this step?
A better understanding of why things feel so hard.
More steadiness.
And a clearer sense of what needs attention next.
Reconnect With Who You Are - Not Who You Were
Divorce has a way of knocking life off course.
Divorce changes more than relationships. It can change how you see yourself.
You may have spent years being the husband, provider, problem-solver, or the one holding things together. Then life changes, and somewhere in the middle of it all, you stop feeling like yourself.
This step is not about getting back to who you were.
Things are different now.
This is about reconnecting with who you are — the parts of you that still feel solid, true, and worth building from. Together, we look at what still matters to you, what strengths are already there, and how to move forward in a way that feels more like you again.
No reinvention.
No pretending the past did not happen — it did.
But it does not have to define what comes next.
Just getting back to yourself again.
What comes out of this step?
A stronger sense of who you are now.
More confidence in yourself and where you are heading.
And a clearer sense of what matters moving forward.
Redesigning Your Future
Work Out What Comes Next
Once you begin feeling more like yourself again, the next question becomes:
“What do I want life to look like from here?”
This step is about creating stability and something you can trust.
Together, we look at the parts of life that matter most — relationships, work, health, finances, routines, and what will help you feel more grounded moving forward.
No pressure to have it all figured out.
A clearer sense of direction.
Practical next steps that feel manageable.
And a stronger sense that life can feel like yours again.
Reclaiming Your Footing
Start Feeling More Like Yourself Again
Living them is another.
This step is about helping life feel steadier again.
Together, we focus on the habits, routines, mindset, and choices that help you stay grounded — especially when life feels difficult.
It is about building trust in yourself again, one step at a time.
No perfection.
No pressure to have everything figured out.
Just steady progress.
What comes out of this step?
More confidence in yourself and your decisions.
Greater steadiness when life feels challenging.
And a stronger sense that you are building a life that feels like yours again.
You’ll be taken to a secure payment page. Once payment is complete, you’ll choose a time for your session and complete a short check-in form so we can make the most of our time together.
